The Corporation does not have any identified class of customers/clients.

The handicraft items are being sold by the Corporation through a network of branches both within and outside the state to middle class and upper class customers/clients and foreign tourists who visit our showrooms of their own.However, the sales strategy of the Corporation is adequately supported by advertisements through print and electronic media and participation in exhibitions, craft bazaars, national expos and trade fairs.

The services to citizens and clients are provided of the shelf and in case any customer books orders on advance payments, the trading goods are supplied through recognized carriers.
