I. We are committed to act upon any complaint, suggestion and grievances in quickest possible time not later than 30 days after receipt.
II. The artisans/craftpersons/small and micro enterprises may file their complaints, suggestions and grievances to the registered Head Office
of the Corporation at Emporium Gardens, Residency Road, Srinagar (Kashmir).
II. The mechanism for grievance redressal has been simplified and any complaint/grievance received from any quarter is examined by the
Grievance Redressal Committee which submits its recommendations to the Managing Director for appropriate orders on the merits of each individual case
